PDFs in.
Qualified signatures out.
Wunder Autosign signs every PDF that lands in a folder, unattended, as a qualified electronic signature with LTV. Insert the card, enter the PIN once, done. Your system delivers the documents, we deliver the signature.

Signature card
PIN once, then it runs
One file after another, no dialog
Outbox
0- Nothing signed yet
The problem
A PIN per document is not a process.
Firms that generate opt-outs or other batch PDFs from their own case management almost always get stuck on the last step: the qualified signature.
A PIN dialog for every file
Many QES cards require the PIN before every single signature. Signing software with a dialog turns that into manual work, for 10 documents a day just as for 500.
Wrong certificate, no QES
A card usually holds several certificates. Pick the wrong one and you only get an advanced signature, which you notice when a document comes back.
Depends on one person
When the colleague with the card is on holiday, the pipeline stops. Handovers and changes cost time and cause mistakes.
How it works
Four steps, then it runs on its own.
No login, no cloud, no new interface for your team. The folder is the interface.
Choose the folders
Pick the inbox, outbox and error folder, plus reason and location of the signature. Local folders and network shares both work.
Insert card, PIN once
Autosign detects D-Trust and LuxTrust cards and only uses the qualified certificate. You enter the PIN exactly once.
Your system drops files
Your case management, your script or a person puts PDFs into the inbox. Autosign waits until each file is fully written.
Signed in the outbox
Every PDF is signed as a QES with timestamp and validation data and moved to the outbox. Your system picks it up from there.
The real app
No window you have to operate. But one that shows what is happening.
Recorded from Wunder Autosign itself, with example data: PIN once, then the app signs every new file. An encrypted PDF is rejected, with the reason.
- Card recognised before the PIN: holder, provider, QES status and validity.
- Enter the PIN once. From then on, Autosign signs every new file without asking.
- Live queue: what is being signed, what comes next, pause with one click.
- Every file with result, level and duration. Open the PDF or its folder in one click, export the full history as CSV.
Fits your workflow
We replace exactly one step. You keep the rest.
You already built document generation and filing. Autosign sits in between and only does the part that is stuck today.
Your system
Case management, SQL, .NET, PDF/A conversion: creates the PDFs and puts them into folder A.
Wunder Autosign
Signs every PDF as a QES with LTV, invisibly, and moves it to folder B.
Your system
Picks up the signed PDFs from folder B and files them, for example with the UPC.
No API, no database integration, no change to your software. If your system can write a file into a folder, Autosign fits.
The signature
A signature that can still be validated in ten years.
Autosign does not just sign somehow. It follows the European standard for PDF signatures, with everything a validator will want to see later.
Only a real QES
Autosign checks the certificate: is it qualified, is the key on a secure card? If not, it does not sign and tells you why.
LTV built in
Timestamp and revocation status are embedded in the PDF (PAdES B-LT). The signature stays verifiable long after the certificate has expired.
Invisible
No stamp on the last page, the document looks exactly as before. The signature lives inside the PDF and shows up in every validator.
PDF/A stays PDF/A
The signature is appended cleanly without rewriting the document. A valid PDF/A is still a valid PDF/A afterwards.
With certificate chain
The full chain up to the root is embedded. The recipient does not need to fetch anything to validate the signature.
Supported signature cards
You install the card vendor's drivers as usual, Autosign detects them automatically.
Built for continuous operation
Runs for weeks. And speaks up when it needs you.
Autosign is not a tool you operate, it is a service running in the background. It treats your card and your files accordingly.
PIN once
The card session stays open as long as the card is inserted. If the driver drops it, Autosign silently signs in again, but only with the same card.
Survives restarts
If you want, the PIN is stored encrypted with Windows built-in protection, bound to machine, account and card. After a Windows update it simply keeps running.
Never locks your card
If the card reports a wrong PIN, Autosign stops immediately and asks. No second attempt, no locked card.
No half-written files
A PDF only appears in the outbox once it is fully signed. After a crash, every file lands in the outbox exactly once.
Errors with a reason
Broken, encrypted or already signed PDFs go to the error folder with a text file explaining what happened. The next file runs anyway.
A log line per file
Time, file name, checksum before and after, certificate and result, searchable in the history window and exportable as CSV. For your records and for our support, without any PDF leaving your premises.

Wunder Autosign
Small, local and controllable.
Autosign is a single Windows application without AI, without cloud and without an account with us. Your IT decides what it may do.
MSI installer
Per-machine installation, code-signed. Folders, PIN storage and updates can be preset via installer parameters.
Nothing leaves the house
PDFs are signed locally. No upload, no telemetry, no login. The PIN never leaves the machine.
A fixed list of addresses
For LTV, Autosign only needs the timestamp service and the card vendor's revocation addresses. The list is in the IT guide, proxies are supported.
Updates your way
Automatic updates wait until the queue is empty. In isolated networks you switch them off and roll out new versions as an MSI.
Part of Wunder, without the rest.
Autosign is the signing module from Wunder Desktop, on its own and without AI. If you also want to prepare opt-outs, search case files or draft documents, that is Wunder Desktop.
Want your signing to run on its own again?
We set up Autosign with your card and your folders and test it with real documents from your workflow.
