From trademark idea to filing-ready briefing.
Wunder assesses registrability under Section 8 German Trademark Act, proposes the right Nice classes, searches the live DPMA register for collision risks and compiles everything into a filing briefing for Germany and the EU.

Frequently asked questions
Which registers are searched?
The collision search runs live against the DPMA register. The briefing additionally covers what to consider for an EU filing with the EUIPO.
Is this legal advice?
No. The workflow delivers a structured basis for your decision. For binding legal advice and the filing itself we recommend working with an attorney.
What does a trademark application cost?
Official fees start at EUR 290 at the DPMA (electronic filing, three classes) and EUR 850 at the EUIPO (one class). The briefing adds up the fees for your specific case.
Can Wunder file the trademark directly?
No, the workflow does not file with the office. You receive a briefing that leaves the filing fully prepared, whether you file yourself or through a firm.
Does my information stay confidential?
Yes. Processing runs on European infrastructure, encrypted, without training on your data and with a data processing agreement.
How current is the register data?
The search queries the DPMA register through the official interface; results reflect the current state of the register.
